·  Those who is undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

·  Those who have uncontrolled diabetes

1. Hemophilia/bleeding disorders
2. Blood thinner medications
3. Cardiac disease/abnormalities
4. Telangiectasia/erythema
5. Collagen Vascular Disease
